Due to ongoing growth in our Mining and Energy division we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising within Mining and Engineering, Oil and Gas.

To ensure your success in the role, you will have sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment with a good understanding of a technical discipline(s) within the Mining and Energy or Oil and Gas industries.  Ideally you will be fast-paced, articulate, well organised, and comfortable in speaking with applicants daily and confident and effective at building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients. You will have sound knowledge of basic business principles, marketing, relationship development and an understanding of the work ethic required to be successful in recruitment

In return for your hard work, commitment and contribution Beyond will reward you with a hansom base salary plus commission paid monthly. You will also receive a rostered day off each month as well as flexible working hours.
