As a result of continued growth and dedication to safety, this leading company specialising within Resources/Power Generation currently have the need for a highly experienced and talented HSEQ Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. 

Based out of the Melbourne office, this is a senior and highly autonomous role, which will see you leading safety across the organisation. A key focus of this role will be the continuous improvement, co-ordination of multiple sites, strategic and operational aspect of the business, involvement in hands on duties such as statistical reports, investigations, auditing etc..  

MUST have:

-Resources/Power Generation or Process Plant experience 
-Investigations, auditing, writing report experience etc 
-Strong OHS safety systems experience
-Experience of managing multiple sites (this will be looking after 5 sites across VIC, WA & NSW)

 
To be successful with this position you will:

Have significant experience working in this sector (Resources/Power Generation or Process Plant)
Have previous management experience in an HSEQ role and be able to evidence your ability to effectively develop staff, particularly over multiple locations.
Have a high level of communication skill, with the ability to influence others at all levels of business.
Have the experience and confidence in your ability and decision making skill to be able to work in such an autonomous role.
Be highly organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast paced and diverse role.
Be an experienced Auditor
