Field Sales Representative - Mining Market Sector

Salary:

R20,000 - R25,000 Basic

Job Details

• To establish and develop new customers for the company.
• Maintain and enhance existing relationships.
• Identify key decision makers to include engineering, procurement and operations.

Inherent Requirements:

• Matric, relevant marketing/sales diploma
• Previous sales - technical experience
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Ms Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers and peers
• Must be literate (read, write, speak, count)
• Must be able to speak English and/or Afrikaans
• MUST have electric / electrical product / components knowledge
• Own car essential
• Must be able to identify and respond to opportunities and challenges, seeking solutions
• Must be organized, disciplined and self-sufficient
• Should have connector and/or power supply sales experience of 3 to 5 years.
• Minimum requirement is to have knowledge and skill of selling business to business components to the mines
• Technical background advantageous
• New business development - hunter type
