Purpose of the Role: This person will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures and HR administration and Support to directors to ensure office effectiveness and efficiency:

Minimum Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Matric; Diploma in HR with admin qualification or similar in Office Administration
  • 3-4 years in HR department administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Analytical, Problem Solving
  • Excellent in word, PowerPoint and excel
  • Decision making, Effective verbal, listening and writing communication
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Organisational skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Time Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Confidence, common sense, confidentiality and deadline driven

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

  • HR- Manage all filing handled all employee files and updates handle queries for various departments Full
  • HR ADMIN function Along with HR, design & implement relevant office policies
  • PA Support- Minutes of meetings, Attend meeting on behalf of Manager ,liaise and support directors

Office Admin:

  • Establish office standards & procedures Ensure ideal functioning, presentation and hygiene of office facilities at all times (including meeting rooms, canteen etc)
  • Manager office health & safety requirements - including fire drills Price products from vendors Order office consumables & stationary timeously - anticipate needed supplies 
  • Order kitchen supplies timeously - anticipate needed supplies
  • Verify receipt of all supplies Review & approve supply requisitions from individual departments Ensure office equipment is maintained and contracts are updated
  • Manage suppliers Review & approve supply requisitions from individual departments
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and contracts are updated
  • Manager suppliers
  • Manager maintenance of general office facilities
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
