- We are seeking a self-motivated, multi-faceted Senior Environmental Program Manager to join our team in Mooresville, NC and become an integral part of our continued success story. [Company] is looking for a senior level environmental seller/doer with an entrepreneurial edge to develop business, manage environmental programs, supervise staff, and through doing so, continue to expand and develop business regionally and nationally.
Responsibilities
- This position entails the development, growth, senior technical oversight, and execution of environmental programs. Leveraging existing client relationships and building new client relationships to develop projects in the region is one of the primary responsibilities of this position. Other responsibilities include managing and mentoring staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the safe execution of all phases of project work to meet our clients’ objectives as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability.
Qualifications
- Position requirements include 10-15 years of experience with successful development and management of environmental consulting programs, supervising staff, and demonstrated achievements in selling environmental consulting services.
- Other requirements include a BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Industrial Hygiene, or other related field. Related state professional certifications (PE, PG, CIH, CHMM, etc.) are preferred, but not required.
- Additionally, safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices are essential.
