Job Overview

- We are seeking a self-motivated, multi-faceted Office Manager to lead the development of an office and [Company] growth in Central/Western Pennsylvania and become an integral part of our continued success story.
- This position entails the development, growth, senior technical oversight, and execution of environmental programs. Leveraging existing client relationships and building new client relationships to capture work in support of gas exploration, production, and transmission is one of the primary responsibilities of this position. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies and management of the safe execution of all phases of project work to meet our clients’ objectives as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability. This position will be part of a multi-disciplined team of professionals working on all aspects of Marcellus projects and will be supported by [Company] civil and environmental engineers, geoscientists, biologists, and other staff of Pennsylvania and other locations to expand services and client base.
Qualifications
- Qualifications include a BS in related science or engineering field; minimum of 10 years direct experience developing business opportunities in environmental consulting and engineering; and experience managing Marcellus-related projects and clients.
- Expert knowledge of the use and practice of technical and regulatory rules/guidelines governing oil and gas operations, from permitting and water resource management through design and construction is also required.
- MS degree in related field and knowledge of related industry state and Federal regulations for solid waste, mining, and water are preferred.
- Additionally, safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices are essential.
- Flexibility exists in the office location, but proximity to this geographically-based industry and resources are required.
