Field Supervisor - Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Description:

A Heavy Equipment Technician Supervisor with strong technical aptitude is required to lead a team of shop and field technicians.

• The ideal candidate will be a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with experience working with construction and mining equipment.
• This role is responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed, dispatching technicians, reviewing work, invoicing and ensuring that safety procedures are followed.
• Candidates must have strong computer, communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $100,000/year. Salary is depending on experience.
• There is also an annual incentive bonus a comprehensive benefits package and strong pension plan.
