Job Description

• The Project Manager IV, Construction for projects is responsible for managing the execution of multiple closed and open shop power projects. This position will have P & L responsibility for [Company]  Power Construction business.
• Job responsibilities include direct participation in business development and leading a team of professionals for proposal efforts, and contract negotiations as well as overall management of the prime contract and project execution provided by[Company] . Specific areas of responsibility in execution of the work include project staffing, client relations, safety, financial performance, risk management, people development, organizational development, value awareness, and construction technology application.

Basic Job Requirements

• 20 plus years overall experience in the Power industry with a minimum 10 years in a high level management role.
• Engineering & Construction Power Industry knowledge needed.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to establish credibility at all levels of clients' organization
• Strong business acumen
• Proven people and organizational development
• Strong management skills
• Experience in managing multiple sites and multiple client accounts desired. Candidate must be willing to travel (moderate to extensive) and work flexible hours
