- [Company] is seeking a qualified Climb PMO Analyst . This position will be based in the Irving, TX location.
- Project CLIMB is a strategic initiative of [Company] to create a culture of continuous improvement in our aggregate quarries world-wide. The culture of continuous improvement will lead to improved financial performance, training and development of our aggregate managers and employees. Reporting to the CLIMB PMO Manager, the CLIMB Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst will support the ongoing CLIMB program across North America.
- The CLIMB PMO Analyst will administer and oversee the day-to-day management of the CLIMB initiative tracking database, monitor the quality and consistency of data, and contribute to its development. The CLIMB PMO Analyst will maintain a close interface with Region and NAM Finance to verify and measure the financial impact of various CLIMB initiatives, and prepare regular progress reports on milestone developments and savings. The PMO Analyst will prepare analysis and support regular and ad hoc reporting for CCM Management, the PMO Manager, and the CLIMB site visit teams. The CLIMB PMO Analyst will participate in quarry site reviews and will support the trial of selected new technologies in NAM quarries.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks
- Analyst will administer and oversee the day-to-day management of the CLIMB database.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of data entered into the CLIMB database.
- Contribute to the development of the CLIMB database.
- Maintain a close interface with Region and NAM Finance to verify and measure the financial impact of various CLIMB initiatives.
- Prepare regular progress reports on savings potentials, milestone developments and realized savings
- Prepare analysis for CCM Management.
- Support the preparation of reports to Region Management.
- Prepare analysis for the CLIMB site visit teams.
- Participate in quarry site reviews.
- Support the trial of selected new technologies in NAM quarries.
- The incumbent must understand and comply with Company compliance policies, including the Code of Business Conduct (including NAM supplements), the anti-corruption policy and the Antitrust Compliance Policy, and is required to participate in compliance training in such policies and provide disclosures and compliance certifications from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or mining is preferred
- Masters in Business Administration preferred.
- Two years’ experience in cement, aggregate, building materials, or related industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Essbase, and Access database administration experience.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare routine and ad hoc reports for management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage varied priorities and information requests for differing levels of management.
- Willingness to travel in North America and spend a portion of time in an industrial environment
