- [Company] is seeking a qualified Quality & Process Improvement Business Analyst II for its Irving (Las Colinas) location.
- The Q&PI Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering data and creating Q2C, P2P and R2R KPI reporting, working closely with SSC process owners to identify process improvement opportunities within their respective processes. This position will perform selected project management tasks/ support role analyzing data and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks
- Gather and report on any required transactional data; analyze data for trending and identify areas of further improvement
- Work within front end and ERP systems to extract data for reporting and analysis; building MS Access databases on an as needed basis
- Track measurements on key Q2C, P2P and R2R processes (KPIs) and work with key SSC process owners to further develop KPIs
- Support Q&PI project managers in data gathering, documentation preparation and data analysis
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts through data focused thinking; perform process assessments identifying opportunities and prioritization
- Work on short task assignments, as required, with SSC process owners to identify, report and document process defects and improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Field required, with course work in math/statistics(desired)
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong MS Office knowledge and expertise, specifically Excel, Access, Power Point and Word
- Shared Services experience highly desirable eg. AR, AP, GL Accounting, Credit, HR
- Demonstrated ability work with large/complex cross functional teams and projects to the successful achievement of stretch goals
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership & accountability a plus
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization
- Cement, Aggregates, Ready Mix Concrete industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems and interfaces a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
