Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree 5-7 years of experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interface with all levels of personnel and customers. Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently, executing a variety of management functions efficiently and professionally, within a high level of confidentiality. Must present a professional image representing the company.
- This position requires experience and proficiency in the use of technical, planning, financial, communications, human resources, quality, commercial, negotiation, and overall departmental management abilities in a multicultural environment. Mining and Cement Industry &[Company] general knowledge, as well as its application within[Company] Automation solutions is also required.
