Equipment Management Specialist

Job Description:          

• Responsible for providing Contract Service Agreement (CSA) customers with the highest level of equipment available, through the effective management and monitoring of the service and maintenance of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Must have 10 Years + of experience in repair, maintenance, recondition and operation of Caterpillar machines.
• Must have extensive mechanical experience in Caterpillar and other related heavy construction and mining equipment
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must maintain a current MSHA card.
• Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to assist and support customers and employees.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge on Caterpillar and other related Heavy Construction and Mining equipment.
• Must have extensive Empire customer knowledge.
• Must have sufficient knowledge to effectively utilize PC systems and database. Must be able to utilize computer based service and work order management systems.
• Must have planning and organizational skills to effectively manage customer issues and equipment repairs.
• This position is designated as a "Safety-Sensitive Position".
