Job Description:
- Fabricate hose assemblies for customers. Make hose assemblies to [Company] specifications. Identify and replace all hose assemblies within the manufacture's specifications. Operate the hose "CRIMPUTER". Read and understand digital calipers. Manufacture battery cables to Caterpillar's specification. Ship and receive parts and components. Provide customer assistance at the sales counter when required. Operate forklifts and company vehicles. Maintain the inventory. Handle cash sales at the sales counter, as required. Use [Company] web site to obtain detailed drawings of hose assemblies. Fully understand the orientation and calibration of hose assemblies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Fluid connector business.
- Must have completed Caterpillar Hose and Hose coupling training.
- Must have Caterpillar certification in Hose assembly
- Must have a minimum five years in Fluid conveying business.
- Must have computer skills conversant with DBS, Antares, SIS, HIS.
- Must be able to read and understands digital calipers.
- Mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
