Responsibilities:
- This opening is initially a part-time position; 24 hours/week, working from 8 am to 3 pm, four days per week. It is anticipated that the job will evolve into a f/t opportunity in approximately three months. Responsibilities include representing ECS in initial on-premise contact, providing routine information and direction to callers and visitors. Receiving and relaying incoming calls; directing calls of a general nature to the proper party; receiving and directing visitors, clients, and applicants to proper individual[s]. Additional responsibilities include word processing, assembling and binding reports and proposals, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, sorting/distributing mail and general office filing, filing, copying, scanning and linking of current and archived project related correspondence, making collection calls, and assisting all departments with various general office support.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience.
- High School/GED diploma.
- Display proficiency in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
- Must have strong multi-tasking/organizational and word processing skills [ at least 60wpm].
- Must be responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
