The Opportunity:
One of Australia's Leading Civil and Mining Contractors is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for a large Mine Infrastructure Project in Central Queensland.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years Post Graduate experience in a similar role and be a hardworking and dynamic individual who is looking to progress.

The Role:
You will be working on a (circa) $30+ million Tailings Dam Project near Moranbah, Queensland and be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

• Contract Management 
• Review, Negotiate, Administer and Finalise Contracts
• Building Budgets and reporting on Actual versus Planned
• Monthly cost reporting for the Project Management Team using industry standard software
• Preparation & Analysis of Tenders
• Close liaison with Project Director and senior project operations personnel
• Establish effective and efficient communications protocol with all project participants and Head Office  
 
The Requirements:  
• Ideally tertiary qualified - i.e. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in Contracts Administrator Role  - Large Civil and Building Construction Projects
• Extensive Exposure to a variety of large civil or mine infrastructure projects is preferred
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 experienced workers be highly regarded 
• Efficient in the use of Contracting Software
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Superior communicator with excellent client liaison, organisational and management abilities
• Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time 
• Proficient in MS Office Software
