Working with a well respected mining construction firm with a reputation for quality construction management services, this privately owned firm is synonymous with mining projects across Queensland. They have a superb portfolio of work and have enjoyed outstanding growth as a result of their reputation, high quality work and commitment to strategic expansion.

Due to an increase in their project portfolio, we currently have an opportunity for a Cost Controller/Cost Engineer with a background in mining projects to be based in Brisbane for a short period and then FIFO to site in Queensland. This is a key role within their team and you will enjoy a strong and professional team environment. On site you will be liaising directly with the client, involved in the day-to-day cost control of a significant mining construction project.

As the successful candidate, you will also have:-

• Relevant cost control construction project background
• Background with large $ dollar projects in the coal mining/metals sector in Australia
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and relevent software
• Stable employment history with long term tenure
