Supply Chain Supervisor

Create / improve / maintain procurement and supply strategies, processes, and procedures while implementing best practices in inventory and Supplier management. Review and Facilitate continuous improvement of Supply Chain process documentation, policies, guidelines, job roles & responsibilities.

Expertise Required

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Diverse Supply Chain Experience
  • Post graduate qualification in Warehousing and Procurement will be highly recommended.

Job Specific Knowledge

  • Syspro ERP knowledge.
  • English fluency
  • French will be a added advantage
  • An in-depth understanding of industry regulatory issues as they apply to the Procurement and Stores function.

Job Related Experience

  • 5+ years of Diverse Supply Chain Experience, which must include Procurement and Warehouse management experience.
  • Mining Industry background advantageous
  • Expat experience preferential
  • Experience preparing RFI’s, RFQ’s and Bid Agreements
  • Experience evaluating or monitoring contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
