Responsibilities

Joy Global manufactures and services surface mining equipment under the brands [Company] Mining, [Company] MinePro and LeTourneau, in addition to underground mining equipment under the Joy Mining Machinery brand.
- Joy Global, Inc. employs 14,000 people worldwide.
- We are currently looking to add a permanent Staff Audit Consultant in our Milwaukee, WI location.
Responsibilities:
- Learn [Company] global business
- Interview process owners including mid-management employees
- Take direction and learn from team members
- Execute defined audit work plan steps
- Apply critical thought to help evaluate audit results
- Use Excel and other tools to analyze data and draw conclusions
- Document audit results
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in audit
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of a 3.0 GPA
- Strong written / oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills
- Professional skepticism, strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability and desire to travel up to 50% including international locations
