Field Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Provides customers with timely support on the installation of new and rebuilt Joy equipment, insuring customer satisfaction.
- Provides customers with technical support in the repair and troubleshooting of both new and remanufactured [Company] equipment.
- Assists the Sales Engineer with the development of customer specifications when preparing specific machine proposals.
- Assists the Sales Team in meeting territorial sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Position requires 3-5 years underground experience related to the repair and installation of both [Company] electrical and mechanical components.
- Preferred educational background is a BS in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
