Job Responsibilities:
- Construction Quality Assurance Technician for work on earthworks, geomembrane liner and landfill gas projects related to the solid waste industry. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to construction observation, field and laboratory testing, and design interpretation to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project design drawings and technical specifications. The technician will be expected to interact with both contractors and owners in a positive and constructive manner to solve issues that arise during construction. Job Requirements:
- Troxler certification, construction related field management, soils laboratory, and survey experience.
- Position requires understanding of civil and geotechnical engineering design and background in earthworks construction including the ability to read and understand technical civil design drawings and technical memos.
- Travel, including travel for extended assignments is required.
- Daily report writing and construction documentation is required.
- The ability to communicate constructively with contractors, owners, and senior [Company] personnel is essential.
