  • [Company] is currently seeking a Global Mobility Implementation Leader and Mobility Leader for the Americas Region. Located within our US or Canadian operations, the Global Mobility Implementation Leader will lead the implementation of Global Mobility policies, procedures and strategies to enable movement of talent worldwide for[Company] . In this key role, you will lead the transformation and establish the strategic direction of Global Mobility services across [Company] You will also develop and implement innovative, competitive, cost effective relocation policies and strategies that support company business strategy and meet the changing needs of the employees, businesses, and external market. Concurrently, as Mobility Leader Americas Region you will be responsible for managing mobility for the Americas region (Canada, US and South America).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the implementation of [Company] global mobility policies and procedures across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Australasia/Asia.
  • Assess global mobility trends and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Oversee all Global Mobility operations and ensure best-in-class service standards and efficiency.
  • Direct service providers (i.e. tax compliance, relocation vendor, household goods provider), manage contracts, establish service level agreement, monitor and provide feedback on performance.
  • Build and lead a global team of mobility coordinators (EMEA and Australasia/Asia).
  • Manage budget, direct and indirect resources.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction, efficiency and compliance are delivered to achieve operational excellence.
  • Actively communicate among various stakeholders to ensure collaboration and flawless delivery of services.
  • Monitor stakeholder and team member feedback and adjust as necessary.
  • Collaborate with HD partners to enable organizational effectiveness, change and execution.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required, a college degree in an associated field is strongly preferred;
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in the management of global mobility operations working across multiple global locations.
  • Experience in the implementation of global mobility programs across multiple global regions.
  • Ideally experience working for a mobility vendor.
  • Ability to handle tactical issues as well as think strategically about culture and goals.
  • Flexible team player who can think on their feet and a proactive business partner who can form strong relationships throughout all levels of the company.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build, inspire and develop a team.
  • Ability to lead in a highly collaborative working and decision making environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate poise, organizational savvy and executive presence.
  • A passion for client service, flexibility, and innovation and for developing world-class programs.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Global Mobility Policies and related requirements (compliance, tax, expatriate needs, etc.) highly desired.
  • Planning, budgeting, project cost center management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization.
  • Strong service delivery acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) certification.
