Our company is an exciting, upbeat and professional Executive Recruitment Consultancy based in Brisbane CBD. Through the efforts of excellent consultants, over the past ten years the company has developed a leading reputation within the heavy industrial arena. 

More specifically the firm consists of 18 consultants who work within Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Logistic and Engineering. Our success is foundered on strong ethical principles, team work and superior service levels. 

We have increased the size of the team and currently have the need for two additional recruitment consultants to join the business. This would be a very exciting time to join our company as we are seeing significant growth across all sectors that we specialise within. 2011 was a year of good growth for our company and with the high number of confirmed projects we are expecting this to continue into 2012 and beyond. In addition to this we are offering an opportunity for Candidate Managers/Resourcers to make the move into a "full life cycle" recruitment consultant role.

We offer a rewarding bonus structure that is transparent and achievable both on personal performance and the performance of the team. These are available on a quarterly and monthly basis, demonstrated by 70% of company consultants achieving bonuses every month in the final quarter of last year.
