Job Description
As the technical sales representative you will be required to obtain market intelligence and promote BASF's solutions into the coal mining arena. Being able to strategically contribute to sales growth with current customers is imperative while developing strong understandings of new technologies and future growth opportunities. The role will require you to not only build relationships and manage current clients, but also go to market and offer product trials and demonstrate BASF's capability.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an industrial sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving new business and solution selling. As a self driven achiever you will ideally have had exposure to underground coal mining and have worked with a range of contractors within this space. Along with your technical aptitude, it is imperative you have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to present ideas to a range of audiences.
