About the Division: MIE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monadelphous and delivers instrumentation and electrical services to the resource industry across Australia and South East Asia. MIE excels in providing innovative, technically advanced engineering solutions that meet our customer's needs.

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join MIE in a permanent position where you can develop your career whilst enjoying the many benefits of joining a leading national engineering company.

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with client correspondence and minutes of meetings
  • Co-ordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Research and preparation for reports, presentations and various documents
  • Maintain active communication with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines and outgoing correspondence are met
  • Manage electronic and hard copy documents and spreadsheets, including data entry
  • Organise meetings, bookings and preparation
  • Provide administration support to the project team
Essential to this position you will have:
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years experience within a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle fluctuating workloads
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software packages
