Regional Manager - Perth Based - Lead a Sales Team

The role 
Join this national company who provides technical solutions and superb service to their customers. Reporting to the General Manager - Mining and Industrial, you will run the Western Australia region from their Perth branch as your own business, managing a small, experienced sales team. Your branch will service mining and heavy industries across WA. Your responsibilities include managing your P&L, developing and presenting branch budgets, managing suppliers and most importantly, establishing relationships with key customers, mentoring staff and driving the branch's growth. Your ability to work autonomously and with decisiveness is critical to your success. You will be working in a remote location, which requires a strong and experienced business manager or a driven new comer, looking to prove themselves as a leader and sales developer. 

Skills and requirements 

• This role requires an outstanding candidate with the following skills and experience: 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Business acumen Setting and presenting budgets 
• Mechanical Engineering or Trade qualifications preferred 
• Mining industry exposure 
• Gearbox, Bearings, Power Transmission knowledge 
• Leadership and people management skills or ability to gain P&L experience 
• Computer literacy
