Quarry Manager - 2/1 Roster - Central Queensland

• $120K+ base, plus superannuation, vehicle, accommodation

This large rock crushing and screening contractor delivers quarrying services to resources, mining and construction companies. Based in Central Queensland, they are currently contracting to some of the largest Australian and Multi-National Quarries, Government, Coal Mines and Civil Contractors. Boasting a backlog of confirmed projects, they are seeking the guidance of a Quarry Manager to assist the completion of a current site and develop an upcoming greenfield site in the area. 

As an experienced Quarry Manager, you will be looking to broaden your career with the aim of pursing new ventures. You will exert an ability to support and oversee staff in their quest to provide a high level of service delivery and liaise with high-calibre clients. You will need the ability to problem-solve as well as an availability to work in remote areas.

Ideally, you will have: 

• Qualifications in Quarry Management or Extractive Industries
• Solid experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of fixed or mobile plant
• Natural leadership capabilities
• Ability to work in Australia in regional areas, on a roster basis
