About the Division: Monadelphous success has been built on a reputation of producing solid, quality work and maintaining a clear customer focus. As a result of our continued success, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified and motivated Electrical Supervisors to play a lead role on a large structural, mechanical and electrical construction package on a world class project in WA's South West. This is a site based role with FIFO and DIDO rosters available.

About the Role: As an Electrical Supervisor with Monadelphous you will carry out a wide range of tasks across this major construction project including but not limited to:

• Coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements
• Ensuring that quality, production and environmental requirements are met
• Purchasing of materials, and hiring necessary equipment, plant or subcontract services
• Delivery of progress updates to planning and scheduling crew

Essential to this position you will have:

• Have extensive Electrical Supervisory experience
• Hold a valid WA Electrical Licence
• Have strong communication and time management skills
• Have a firm commitment to health and safety
• Be able to lead, inspire and rise to each challenge that comes your way
