Our client a world class manufacturer of large scale mining and drilling equipment for a range of applications is looking for a Field Service Fitter to join there team in Perth. Head-quartered in the USA, and has operations in several countries including Australia, where the product focus is on above ground mining equipment.

The Role
In this role you will be required to work out of our modern Perth branch. From this location you will travel the state servicing our world-class machinery. Reporting to the State Service Manager, your flexibility with a team orientated approach to work and a dedication to continuous improvement will help you to succeed in this position.

To be successful in this role you will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Experience in heavy equipment repairs and maintenance (essential)
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Experience in a mining environment
  • Clear written and high level communication skills
  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to travel to state-wide mine sites as required
  • Experience with farming equipment and hydrolics
