Minimum Requirements

  • Engineering or related qualification
  • +/- 5 Years Eperince
  • Exposure to process/mining equipment and companies an advantage.
  • Presentation skills, especially for technical training of customers.
  • Self motivated (finishes a job)
  • Willing to Travel localy and abroad

Job Specification

  • Responsible for Sales Process in Service Center
  • Manages Site Account Management system in Service Center
  • Sales strategy and related action planning
Manages the Sales function, which role is:
  • Evaluating new sales opportunities among customer base and related plans
  • Customer visits, evaluating customer needs and their further communication within Outotec Services; matching sales opportunities and Outotec Service offering, promotion, recommendation and sales of Services BA products & services
  • Supporting Customer Support Engineers in their field sales work as per needed
  • Packaging Service offerings to Capex projects incl. all service products (spare parts, technical services, O&M ...)
  • Agreeing annual prices with customers
  • Promotes customer stocking, supports its planning
  • Co-operation with Customer Support Engineers
  • Co-operation with Spare Parts Operations regarding spare parts selling
  • Co-operation with Services Projects for upgrades selling
  • Co-operation with SPC Manager, SPC Product Management, Product Engineers and SPC Sales Support (if it exists)
  • Co-operation with rest of sales organization of local Market Operations in sales and customer interface management
  • Financial
  • Service BA sales volume in the market area
  • Services BA sales volume for the targeted sites
  • Service BA sales margin % in the market area
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Service BA market share % in the market area
  • Services BA market share % for the targeted sites
  • Employee utilization
  • Customer visit rate %
  • Service contract coverage %
