Spare Controller

Minimum Requirements

• Must have Matric
• Previous experience in a highly technical environment
• Spares procurement from various foreign countries is essential
• Knowledge of Spanish will be advantageous
• Must be computer literate MS Office and advanced MS Excel essential 

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the spares requirement, forecasting and scenario planning phases
• Involved in the acquisition of spares
• Tracking of spares movement
• Involved in the auditing of spares
• Liaison with the relevant stakeholders regarding the shipment of spares globally
• Warranty management
• Procurement of spares in foreign countries
• Generate management reports
• Good team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of exports and imports will be an advantage
