Join one of the most respected contractors servicing the resources sector as an experienced Safety and Training Co-ordinator.  This organisation is renowned for providing high-quality service provision across numerous national and international projects.  Working alongside mining’s major players this is a fantastic opportunity for the career minded professional.

The overall objective of this role is to co-ordinate all functions of safety and training ensuring best possible business outcomes and compliance to relevant legislation and governance. This will include developing and maintaining safety and training documentation including training needs analysis; delivery of induction and in-house training programmes; contribution to and review of training schedules and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
 
As an experienced Safety and Training Co-ordinator you will have a minimum 2 years experience in similar roles within underground coal mining environments including relevant certifications.   Formal qualifications will include, though are not limited to Cert IV TAE and Cert IV OHS.  Degree/diploma level qualifications will be highly regarded.  Experience operating underground equipment or ability to complete competency based assessment is essential to success in this role.
 
This is a residential of FIFO role offering an ideal 8/6 rotation. Generous renumeration offered in return for professional commitment and expertise.
