Client Program Manager 2 (ENV)

ARCADIS seeks an experienced and motivated senior level client manager to join our mining services leadership team. This position will be based in our Reno, NV office. This position will be responsible for capturing environmental services business from mining clients in the Nevada gold districts. ARCADIS seeks to build and grow it's footprint with major Mining clients in Nevada.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Procure new work with new and existing ARCADIS clients in the gold mining sector. Annual new work bookings goal of $2M.
  • Act as program manager, managing project managers and field staff, on complex projects from inception to closure.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective client relationships and help generate new work.
  • Organize and direct internal staff and external subcontractors in accordance with project priorities, guidelines and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute technical or regulatory expertise.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Plans are developed for all field activities and all work is completed in accordance ARCADIS and client specific health and safety guidelines.
  • Recruit and mentor technical staff.
  • Act as a senior technical resource.

Basic and Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum years of experience: 15 years as a consultant in the mining industry.
  • Education required: BS in Geology or Environmental, Civil, or Mining Engineering, or directly related degree.
  • Registrations/Certifications required: Professional Registration in Nevada.
  • Skills required: Must have an active network of industry contacts with potential clients and colleagues.

Additional and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education preferred: MS
  • This position does require travel. Travel amount is up to 25%.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
  • This position does manage others.
