This organisation is internationally recognised across a numerous industries.  Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for an experienced HSE Manager to join their success. This is a fantastic opportunity to within a secure organisation and alongside major players in the mining and resources sector.

The primary objective of the role is to positively promote a safety culture from a management level through to site operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Operations the HSE Manager will oversee multiple sites and provide direct guidance to reporting Safety Co-ordinators.  You will possess excellence in leadership skill and an ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of groups.

Experience in similar level positions, preferably within coal environments, is essential.  Recent roles will have provided the opportunity to demonstrate skills in interpersonal communication, risk management, incident and accident investigation and reporting.

As a minimum, you will hold Diploma OHS, Cert IV Training and Assessment, S1;S2;S3 and G2;G3. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is offered in return for your professional expertise and commitment.
