Your Position:
As a member of the Principal engineering team you will be involved in the Management of the land development design group, as well as divisional leadership and the ongoing business development in conjunction with the executive level team.

You will report directly to an Associate Director who will provide you a healthy mix of support and autonomy. With a reputation of promoting internally, and with a fun and productive team environment, you will be granted every chance to show your professional capabilities... More importantly become a top performer.

Day to day activities will include; 
  • Technical leadership of project staff.
  • Proven communication and leadership ability.
  • Contributing to business strategy and corporate direction
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, developers and other authorities throughout the design process. (will be progressively increase as you move into Management)
  • Report writing of team progress in line with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of the land development process and subdivision act in Victoria.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Civil Engineer / Project Manager with solid and demonstrated experience as a design engineer on earthworks, land development or drainage projects, ideally in consulting.  Your ability to think clearly and form sound relationships internally and externally where required will be of great use as the role will see you working on high profile assignments
