This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Safety & Training Co-Ordinator to join a respected contractor. Due to the development and continued growth of this business and business unit a vacancy now exists within this highly regarded team of professionals.
 
Reporting to the HSE Manager the Safety & Training Co-ordinator  will be responsible for overseeing the operations of professionals across multiple sites. Extensive experience in underground mining methods and machinery are essential to the successful mentoring and development of the reporting site teams.
 
The incumbent will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others. Dedication and experience in providing on-site support and training to operational professionals with the aim of ensuring best safety practices on-site is essential to this role.
 
Minimum 5 years experience in underground mining operations and equipment utilisation are essential to this role.  In addition to this a minimum Cert IV OHS and Training & Assessment  (TAE) along with industry standard qualifications are vital to securing this role.
