Co's Mining sector currently has an exciting role that requires experienced Dragline Supervisor's for a well established coal mining contractor. This top tier company is well known for their commitment to professional development whilst ensuring Work Health and Safety acts is strictly adhered to. 
 
 
You as the Dragline Supervisor you will be responsible for the safety and performance of all the Dragline operations across all of the mine site to ensure production targets are met.   
 
Your general duties will range from:
 

• Planning, scheduling and coordination of dragline operations across the mine site
• You will lead, coach and develop team members
• Maintaining and improving safety standards with in the working environment
• You will work closely with key internal stakeholders ( Technical Services and Maintenance)
•  You will work with in guidelines of short term mining plans

 To be considered for this role you will require
A proven background as a Dragline Supervisory in a open cut coal mine site
A proven background in leading a team hitting required production targets
Meeting required mine safety standards and compliance 
S1, S2, S3 and G2 tickets
