Join a proud Western Australian focussed gold explorer / producer, who are currently seeking a senior exploration geologist to provide leadership and direction to a small exploration geology team.
 
In this key senior exploration geologist position you will report directly into the exploration manager and will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of professionals including project geologists, field assistants and contractors. Your main role will be the compilation and interpretation of drilling data as it relates to resource development. Furthermore, the role includes important accountabilities in exploration target definition and the management of exploration programmes aimed at identifying gold resources within the company’s tenement. 
 
To be considered for the position of Senior Exploration Geologist you will require:

• Relevant tertiary Qualification - Geology Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years exploration Experience.
• Good knowledge of geological software.
• Excellent geological modelling skills.
• Project and team management experience.
• Resource estimation skills.
• Report writing.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to build sound working relationships.
