Technical Services Manager

• Work a 9 day fortnight
• Based near The Great Barrier Reef
• $250,000 Salary Package

This market leading mining operator is currently offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Services enthusiast at one of their open cut coal sites in the Bowen Basin.  As this is a smaller operation it is a dream role for a Senior Mining Engineer, Surveyor or Geologist looking to advance their career and manage a small technical team within in a supportive framework. 
 
To be successful in this role you will be an effective facilitator who leads and participates actively in corporate strategy formulation and implementation to maximise production whilst working collaboratively with a team of talented professionals across several different mining disciplines.  You will be required to have a strong technical understanding of hosting solutions to achieve optimum results combined with providing technical expertise, training and monitoring process operations to maximise effectiveness. 
 
If you have the ability to develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives 
 
Do you have 
 
Degree Education (Mining Related)
Several years mining experience
Leadership qualities waiting to be exercised
 
A solid understanding of mining related software is a must along with exhibiting competent communication skills that demonstrate your ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team of professionals to excel.
