Deputy

Randstad are working in partnership with Mastermyne, a leading contractor in the Australian Mining & Resources sector to appoint numerous highly motivated Deputies who are looking to secure new roles.
 
Reporting to the Department Superintendent, you will be well-informed across all HSEQ policies and procedures and have excellent communication and management skills ensuring all crews and employees are working in the safest possible environment.
 
The successful candidate will possess:

• Written and verbal competency of a high level
• Well-developed computer literacy
• Experienced at providing well-written reports on request
• Flexible in your attitude while still driving a zero-harm safety culture and related work practices
• Requirements for the role:
• Current Deputies Ticket
• Underground coal mining experience
