Construction Planner

The organisation are a major engineering contractor who are heavily involved in the mining and resources sector with projects throughout Australia. Due to natural and fast-paced expansion they are currently looking for individuals with mine construction experience for a number of projects throughout Regional Queensland. 
With a major office in Brisbane they are ideally situated to service these projects. 
      
About the Role
The role is FIFO from Brisbane with several possible projects that may be serviced. As a Construction Planner the successful candidate will be involved in the execution phase planning on site on major mine expansion projects. 
Rosters are dependent on the project and conditions surrounding the particular mine, however the rosters are generally favourable and will provide a healthy work-life balance. 
      
About You
As a Construction Planner you must have demonstrable experience in similar role within a planning capacity on a mine site - preferably in an expansion or construction phase. Mechanical construction experience is especially sought after in this instance. 

You should be experienced in Primavera P6 as a planning tool, MS Project experience will be considered however Primavera is preferred. 

You will ideally have worked on a FIFO basis before, understanding the working of a mine site. 

You will have a desire to work for a major organisation who are rapidly expanding and at the cutting edge of projects in the mining and oil and gas sector throughout the country.
