Mine Manager

My client is looking for a Mine manager who has a strong ability to take a team and lead them to really excel in there work. If you can take this role on and show you can do it then COO is where you will go.

They are currently in a HUGE growth and expansion stage and the role not only will be challenging but also very exciting. You will have 8 direct reports and also 60 indirect reports

Some of the role Requirements

Proven ability in the past to take on challenging roles and turn them around
Strong ability to manage people
Develop, implement and drive budgets
Ensure consistent working levels and at a high standard
Successful delivery of performance targets and annual site budgets

Qualifications and Experience

Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate or First Class Mine managers Certificate
Tertiary Graduates – Engineering, Geology or Metallurgy
10+ years in mining
Open Pit knowledge is required and Underground useful will be useful
Proven history of successfully managing or holding a senior role in a mining operation
