THE COMPANY
One of the Bowen Basins largest mining machinery maintenance labour hire service firms is looking to appoint a Territory Manager for their field labour force to manage their Northern Bowen Basin operation. THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager - Field Labour Services you will take ownership of your region with the primary focus to maintain existing clients and established field work force whilst successfully executing strategic profitable growth.
The role involves travel within Northern Queensland and requires a confident, self motivated person with a high level of negotiation skills who thrives on the challenge of balancing customer needs against consistent profitable growth. It is essential that you have demonstrated a strategic and proactive leadership style whilst driving business expansion within the Bowen Basin Mining Labour Hire region.
HAVE YOU
Previous experience at managing a diverse technical labour hire team is essential
Effective communication skills with technical trades
The ability to lead and participate actively in the corporate strategy formulation and implementation of achievable business growth
Extensive experience at client and account management
A desire to take up a challenging and rewarding management opportunity with a regional mining services provider with an enviable reputation.
SALARY PACKAGE
Base Salary $130,000 Plus
