Constructive Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a major Australian tier 1 contractor in their search for an electrical estimator.

The company delivers a diverse range of infrastructure services to major clients including water, telecommunications, power, civil and mining.  A rare opportunity has arisen in their energy division to help attain some flagship projects for the business in an area with large state and federal funding.  

Reporting to a State Manager, you will be working on the strategic approach to new opportunities in the energy sector, leading bid preparation and pricing substantial scopes of work for the business.

We are seeking an electrical estimator with a Transmission and Distribution background but electrical estimators from other disciplines will be considered.

To secure an initial interview you will need to meet the following criteria;

• 3 + years experience with projects based in Australia
• Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering
• First principle pricing experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Desire to mentor and coach other staff
