An exciting job opportunity exists within one of Queensland’s Major Coal Mines with one of Australia’s leading mining companies in the Bowen Basin region for a Maintenance Superintendent.  An attractive salary package, worklife balance roster and real career progression are on offer with this role.
 
With relevant experience as a Maintenance Superintendent/Senior Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and developing your team of planers, supervisors and tradespeople to ensure targets relating to productivity, availability and safety are met and exceeded within budget.  As a successful candidate you will have strong experience in maintenance planning, preventative maintenance and asset management in a mobile fleet capacity.
 
Relevant Trade Qualifications in a mechanical trade and previous maintenance experience on mobile equipment including haulers, dozers, diggers and other auxiliary equipment are key requirements of this role.  As a successful candidate you will have strong working knowledge of critical legislation and be willing to hit the ground running in this senior position.  Your effective communication, organisational and leadership skills will assist you in leading and developing your maintenance teams.
