A Mackay based Machinery Maintenance organisation that manages an impressive portfolio of mining clients has an ambitious expansion charter to dominate the regional machinery maintenance market.  In this autonomous role and reporting directly to the General Manager you will be instrumental in leading and motivating the existing work force and growing your team where this major operator has established a reputation of excellence and on target delivery.

You will be the lead facilitator who spearheads their expansion plans whilst maintaining existing clients and established field work force.  Your unshakeable leadership and man management skills will be utilised to effectively manage regional operations within performance boundaries.  This will be an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative leader with a passion for people management and the ability to manage external and internal relationships to achieve set growth targets.  
 
Have You

• Demonstrated extensive experience at successfully managing large teams of trades people  
• Knowledge of mines and their operations.
• Extensive experience at client and account management
• A natural flair for communicating effectively across all levels 
• The desire to travel to regional locations on short field trips
