Due to continued expansion this highly successful operation now requires a talented Technical Services Manager to step into this pivotal senior role and help lead the operation.  You will work alongside a Mine Manager with a high level of integrity and manage the technical aspects of this longwall operation.  


As with any position of responsibility, safety is an important focus and you will be expected to uphold this and instill a positive safety culture amongst your motivated team.   Candidate who are a Superintendent of their discipline or managing a diverse technical team within an Underground Coal operation are encouraged to apply.  


This diverse role offers some technical challenges, a highly motivated technical team and a great opportunity to live in the most sought after location in the NSW Coalfields. As the ideal candidate you will hold a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology or Surveying and have extensive underground longwall coal experience.  A NSW Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (Underground) would be a strong advantage however not essential.
