Business Support Manager

  • The Business Support Manager is a quality process manager role at Group Operational level. 
  • This role is responsible to maintain, co-ordinate and optimize the usage of all the applicable SAP HR software systems. 
  • Optimize the utilisation and performance of all HR systems. 
  • This is done through intervention such as advice and guidance, upgrading, training, trend analysis and report design.

Minimum Requirements

  • Advance MS Office
  • Finance / HR Degree
  • Advance SAP HR Training / accreditation
  • Payroll Experience / Knowledge
  • 8-10 years SAP HR processing and support experience
  • SAP HR (all or some modules)
  • SA BCEA
  • Fluent English & Afrikaans

Job Specification

  • Change requests, enhancement packs, functional updates and standard requirements.
  • Facilitate end user testing, implementation and conduct training.
  • Ensure effective management of customer requist within timeframe
  • Addressing end user queries
  • Decide on appropriate resolution
  • Facilitate preparation of data with end users
  • Maintain good corporate governance , provide effective customer support.
  • Ensure status reports compiled and accurate
  • Responsible for standardisation of delivery, supporting GIM process
  • Interpretation of BU policies and procedures and system integratuin points
  • Ensure system testing implementations prior for relaese into production
