This consultancy is one of the most renowned within Brisbane. They offer multi disciplinary engineering services, covering the design, of new build and upgrade projects. 
The success of the team has seen them acquire a number of new projects for 2012 and they are now looking for a mechanical engineer to join them.

Responsible to the senior engineer, this role will encompass the design and calculations of numerous heavy industrial mining projects in and around Australia. They have a clear training program to develop your skill set and help you achieve chartered status or registered professional accreditation.

They are currently looking for a dedicated design engineer with an up to date knowledge of Australian standards within either minerals processing or bulk materials handling projects. There are many opportunities to progress you career with this company as well as the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Ideally coming from a consultancy or EPCM background your current knowledge of working in a heavy industrial environment will see you excel in this position.

You will need design and problem solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members. Clear report writing and communication skills and a knowledge of shiploaders, stacker reclaimers will be highly advantageous.

To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Australia with a relevant degree assessed by Engineers Australia.
