Job Specification

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Development Superintendent in Training and Transformation to develop, implement and monitor the Social and Labour Plan, succession Planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing, supervise training budgetary process, ensure that core HR functions and targets are coordinated and implemented. 
  • Ideally you will have a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. 
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an operational HR role in mining environment is essential.
