Master Planner/Component Coordinator


Our client based in Boksburg seeks the services of a Master Planer/Component Coordinator reporting to GM - Africa Parojects. To optimize high level resource planning through efficient development, maintenance, implementation and deployment of the Company’ ERP Systems.                                                                                             
Minimum Requirements

  • Formal technical/commercial qualification (after Grade 12)
  • High level of computer and application systems literacy (essential)
  • Fully bilingual
  • 5-8 years operational involvement in an Engineering environment
 

 

Competencies required

  • Analytical Planner
  • COMPULSORY: Extensive ERP experience
  • COMPULSORY: Computer literacy (AMT experience, Advanced Excel & Access; ERP
  • systems, SAP or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of general mining practices.
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • Risk & Asset ManagementBasic Financial and Project Management
  • Knowledge of General
  • Engineering and Machining / Repair Practices.
  • Data manipulation, analysis and derive conclusions for presentation.
  • Communication, Negotiation, Listening & Conflict Management Skills
  • Must be a self-starter and ability to work independently.
 

Job Specification

  • Complete Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Specialized Support: Ensure benchmarking data and statistics are accurate and readily available
  • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Implement and maintain business cases and – processes and ensure timely reporting
 

Support:

Contribute to the overall business management of the division (Re-manufacturing

& MARC contracts)

Administration:

  • Effective administration of necessary divisional systems
  • Customer Relations (Internal): Solve customer queries, maintain and enhance customer  relations and Update and maintain customer database
  • Health and Safety: Ensure safe and healthy work environment
  • Governance: Ensure compliance and develop, maintain and implement business unit  policies and procedures
  • Organizational culture and values: Promote “Kenkijin” philosophy
